THIS RETURNS POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO TRADE LISTINGS OR NON-CONSUMER TRANSACTIONS.

At Motormania we are committed to selling high-quality products we hope that you'll enjoy using, but we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to return something you've bought. If you change your mind, or any of our products fall below the standard you would expect and you wish to return the item, you must notify us within 7 days of the date the day after delivery to your address.

We are happy to refund the item providing it is returned unused, in its original packaging with all accessories. All returns of products are made at your own risk. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you use an insured delivery method such as Royal Mail Special Delivery. The refund will be processed excluding the original delivery cost.

Faulty Items If your item develops a fault please notify us at welovecars@motor-world.co.uk. In the event of a fault developing within 28 days of delivery, a full refund, including postage costs will be issued following receipt of the returned item and verification of the fault. If the item becomes faulty after 28 days but within the stated warranty period, we will, at our discretion, offer a repair or a full or partial cost of item refund, after receipt of the returned item and verification of the fault. Incorrect Orders/Substitutes In the unlikely event of receiving an incorrect order or a substituted item, please accept our apologies. Please return the item in its original condition, and upon receipt we will process a full refund. We recommend that you re-purchase your item from our website under a separate transaction.

General Terms For all returns, please include a reason for return or the nature of any fault(s), your order number, email address, phone number and name. Please print and enclose a copy of your original invoice. Please allow up to 14 working days to test and process returns. Should you wish for a replacement item, we recommend that you purchase this from our Shop under a separate transaction.
